Description: Within the framework of this 2-day workshop, we will present aspects regarding vocal exercise and appropriate singing voice placement, from the ancient to the contemporary era, through the study of anatomophysiology of the vocal device and the research and expansion of techniques. We will present methods on deeper comprehension of the vocal art function, with an emphasis on the exploration of acoustic parameters (articulation, dynamics, phrasing, vibrato, idiomatic practices, registers, formants and timbre). We will also delve into the association between pedagogic systems and interpretation.
