“Your voice matters!”- the 5th edition

Description: The National Symposium „Your Voice Matters!”- the 5th edition, organized by the Romanian Society of Phoniatrics, will be held in Bucharest at Palace of the Parliament, April 20th to 21th. The event, dedicated to the World Voice Day (event celebrated worldwide on April 16th as „World Voice Day”), will bring together ENT specialists, speech therapists, general practicioners and professional singers for a series of scientific sessions and workshops in which novelties in terms of techniques and technologies in the fields of phonoaudiology and vocal pedagogy will be presented. This event will be attended by some remarkable personalities, voice surgery and recovery specialists, as Dr. Yakubu Karagama (ENT consultant at the Manchester Royal Infirmary), Frances Ascott (Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist at the Manchester Royal Infirmary), Dr. Ilter Denizoglu (Assistant Professor at Clinical Vocology Unit, Izmir, Turkey) and Dr. Ahmed Geneid (Otolaryngology, Speech and Language Pathology at Helsinki University Central Hospital), Dr. Teemu Kinnari(Assistant Professor at Helsinki University Central Hospital), Dr. Rohini Aggarwal(ENT consultant at the Salford Royal Foundation Trust). Registration is required.
